One 97 Communications (Paytm), Paytm Payments Bank (PPBL) and Paytm Payments Services (PPSL) have joined forces to drive awareness on mobile payments safety. Through our partnerships with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) for a training programme, we have successfully trained over 2,000 officials so far.

Over the years, we have worked with the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Financial Intelligence Unit and the Reserve Bank of India to spread awareness about the importance of financial literacy. The programme is designed to help Investigation agencies (Police, Cybercell, ED, SFIO, CID, CBI, among others) to understand the overall financial ecosystem. During this session, we talk about safety measures we have built, share an overview of the current regulations, and how we are driving financial inclusion in the country.
